Michelle is such a lovely plant person to know. You can tell they've done their homework. Not only to they recommend a variety of great plants for my ailments, they offer complimentary combinations of what would work well together. Having a compromised heart, I'm hesitant to explore herbalism as I'm admittedly ill-informed about the very real ways certain things could negatively interact with my meds.
